Why do not you receive your email from us?
Quite often we are contacted (by phone) by customers who have not received their order confirmation, or wonder why we did not respond to an email they sent. We always send order confirmation of a completed order, which is done automatically. We respond to all emails we receive, and we usually do so within 1-2 hours. We also respond to evenings and weekends. Why do you not receive an email then? Several of the major email operators do everything they can to keep spam away from their users. Unfortunately, this means that even serious emails today end up in the spam. This is especially true of Hotmail, Live, Outlook, Yahoo and Gmail addresses. We have done everything we can to ensure that our outgoing emails meet all requirements that are NOT classified as spam, but unfortunately the mentioned email providers still classify them as spam.
