RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
f you would like to withdraw your purchase, this should be done within 14 days from you have received your order, or after you have received the information about your right to withdraw your order. Contact us via the form below before you return your goods. The returned items must be unused and undamaged. Return postage is paid by the customer. You can buy a return slip for your return here with us when you want to use your right of withdrawal. NOTE! Return policy does not apply to goods manufactured specifically to your requirements, such as embroidered goods with your own text or t-shirts printed with your own designs/text.

In case of incorrect delivery, or if the goods are damaged or misprinted, please contact us via the form below. After appointment the defective product will be returned at no cost to the customer.
